Why a competition event?

We decided to offer our home prize for a number of reasons. As everyone is aware the property market is experiencing some real problems, along with the financial market with which it is linked. As such it would seem to be in everybodys interest to run this modern event; you get the chance to be a winner of this event and beautiful new house without having the problems of having to raise a mortgage and I get the chance to sell it quicker and without the hassle of dealing with a chain.

What does the home winner pay for?

All the normal costs will be covered by the promoters of the competition event including stamp duty and solicitors fees up to £1000. The home winner would have to pay for their own moving costs and CGT if applicable.

Who has the deeds?

The solicitors hold the title deeds in escrow during the competition.
